The Flat-Line mini buccal tubes are mainly used on second molars, particularly if the second molar has not yet fully erupted and needs to be included in the treatment. The extra small tubes, to which a simple square tube is soldered on to a trapezoidal mesh pad, offer optimum patient comfort due to their minimal size. They are equipped with a small hook for attaching elastic chains or tension springs, allowing for a multitude of orthodontic treatment options.
